Of course the earlier the better, being mindful that dates do tend to book out in advance, especially during popular wedding months (April, May, August, September, October)

Simply put, your venue coordinator works for the venue, LIMITLESS works for you. Venue coordinators will have the VENUE at the forefront of their mind, and often have a generic preferred list of suppliers they recommend to all their couples, sometimes commission based. I always work with my couples and their best interests at the front of mind, and provide vendor recommendations based on their unique style, personality, and budget. LIMITLESS often works alongside venue coordinators and hold great working relationships. Talk about dream team!

Don't forget, bringing LIMITLESS on board means you have a FULL day timeline created, not just ceremony and reception timeline.

We recommend booking LIMITLESS Wedding Planning services at least 6 to 12 months in advance to ensure availability and ample time for planning.

 Yes! Most venues will only set up the bare bones (chairs, cutlery, plates etc), and anything personal such as table decor, styling and heavy items will be up to the couple to organise - this is where LIMITLESS comes in! We also do pack downs at the end of the night.  

 Absolutely, we love a weekday wedding here at LIMITLESS! 

 Yes, LIMITLESS Wedding Planning has $10m public liability insurance for your peace of mind. All good wedding pros will have insurance - green flag!
