 Where do I even begin? Honestly Maddie was a blessing to deal with the whole way through and put up with my constant change of plans until I finally made a decision and stuck to it. I definitely didn’t make it easy but Maddie never backed down from the challenge. From the first meeting at our venue she was well organised and well researched which helped me in deciding which vendors were best for our big day. She was always available to answer any questions and was always one step ahead, she was in constant contact with all the vendors so I didn’t have to deal with numerous different people which took a lot of stress out of the whole process. She kept me on track with what needed to be completed and by when so the whole process was smooth sailing. 100% recommend Maddie’s services, you will not be disappointed!!

 Maddie was an absolute D R E A M to work with! From the moment we reached out to her, she wasn’t just our coordinator—she became my wedding bestie, unofficial bridesmaid, and ultimate cheerleader. I'm a pretty organized person and had already planned a lot of our day when we brought Maddie on board, but honestly, we couldn’t have pulled everything together without her. Maddie was always one step ahead, genuinely excited for us, and never too busy to chat about wedding details, no matter how small. She was more than happy to look into all of our ideas (yes, even a piñata!) and liaised with every one of our vendors to create the perfect timeline. Her energy was vibrant, she was so organised and very clear with what she could help us with. Maddie was absolutely amazing!! She was our month of coordinator and once she was on board, it was such smooth sailing. She did all the vendor and personal timelines leaving myself and my (now) husband to just relax and enjoy our weekend with the ones that we love. I knew that if anything had happened, Maddie would be there to fix it. Which meant that the morning of, I could just get ready with my girls stress free. She also has anything and everything in her emergency kit. If it wasn't for Maddie, I wouldn't of had a viel. 15 minutes before I had to walk down the aisle, while doing the last of our photos, my viel just fell from my head. It has completely broke off from the clip. But have no fear, I sang out to Maddie and she says "give me 5 minutes". Next thing I know, she's putting my viel back into my hair having it hot glued and stiched back together like it never happened.  I wasn't a very bride-y bride (the white dresses at the wedding expo elicited a panic attack). But at that wedding expo, I met a calm, kind woman who listened intently, took my details, and then introduced herself away from my anxiety. Maddie was a dream to work with. Over a breakfast near where we lived, Maddie got to know us and our overall vision. Then, magically, a short while later, we received emails with three or so options of vendors for the major categories, links to their websites, and a short explanation of Maddie's own vibe check. She knew us so well that only once did we go with option 2 rather than option 1... From there, we were largely left alone (what I wanted) until the day arrived. I followed her instructions and everything went so well. Maddie removed the stress and really enabled us to have the wedding that felt like us. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She deserves all the awards. The worst part about the wedding being over is not getting her emails and texts....

 I first met Maddie earlier this year at a Wedding Expo, but at the time I wasn't quite ready to hire planning or coordination services. Later in the year, as the wedding drew closer, I found myself finishing my master's semester, starting a new job, and navigating the final months of wedding planning all at once. That's when I reached back out to Maddie, and we hired her to support us through the finish line and take over all day-of coordination so our families, friends, and we ourselves could truly enjoy the wedding without juggling background logistics and decisions.This was, hands down, one of the best decisions we made. Limitless Wedding Planning is a one-woman show, but what a fantastic show it is. Every family member and bridal party member who interacted with Maddie throughout the day commented on how kind, calm, and helpful she was, always ready to jump in wherever needed. She also encouraged us to step out of our comfort zone and go through with a surprise we had planned, even when we felt a bit shy about it, and we don't regret it for a moment.Thank you, Maddie, for bringing your keen eye, patience, organisation, and logistical expertise. The result was a day filled with love, joy, and so many fun moments and memories that we will treasure forever.

 Maddie has been amazing from the time I met her at the expo. I get overwhelmed and she was best at organising, submitting a crazy request from the venue, providing timesheets, speaking with vendors. She was so wonderful during the lead up to the wedding, she checked up me a couple days before the wedding on what had to be done. My husband and i planned on getting a fair supply of alcohol at the wedding and ended up all finished before reception. Maddie stepped in to head off to a nearby bottle-o and grab $500 worth of booze. Now you would know why to get a planner because she will make your wedding go smoothly, keep the guest happy and have a perfect wedding.
