 Where do I even begin? Honestly Maddie was a blessing to deal with the whole way through and put up with my constant change of plans until I finally made a decision and stuck to it. I definitely didn’t make it easy but Maddie never backed down from the challenge. From the first meeting at our venue she was well organised and well researched which helped me in deciding which vendors were best for our big day. She was always available to answer any questions and was always one step ahead, she was in constant contact with all the vendors so I didn’t have to deal with numerous different people which took a lot of stress out of the whole process. She kept me on track with what needed to be completed and by when so the whole process was smooth sailing. 100% recommend Maddie’s services, you will not be disappointed!!

 Maddie was an absolute D R E A M to work with! From the moment we reached out to her, she wasn’t just our coordinator—she became my wedding bestie, unofficial bridesmaid, and ultimate cheerleader. I'm a pretty organized person and had already planned a lot of our day when we brought Maddie on board, but honestly, we couldn’t have pulled everything together without her. Maddie was always one step ahead, genuinely excited for us, and never too busy to chat about wedding details, no matter how small. She was more than happy to look into all of our ideas (yes, even a piñata!) and liaised with every one of our vendors to create the perfect timeline. Anyone who's planned a wedding knows it can be a bit of a lonely experience—no one is as excited about your day as you are… unless you have Maddie! She made every step fun and stress-free, always bringing a positive, excited energy that made everything so much more enjoyable. She even went above and beyond the morning of our wedding, stopping on her way to get vodka when we realised we’d forgotten it! Her dedication and enthusiasm are exactly what you need in a wedding planner, and I truly believe the day wouldn’t have been as perfect without her.  Madeleine was pivotal in making sure our special day went smoothly and as planned. From the moment we met and did our first walk-through of the venue to the very end of the night. Her energy was vibrant, she was so organised and very clear with what she could help us with. She confirmed early on how frequently we wanted to check in with each other and knew all the extra questions & checks to run past each of our vendors. We only had her as our Wedding Day Coordinator but she went above and beyond and helped us with so much more of the planning process. The entire wedding planning was much less stressful thanks to Maddie.

 From the very first meeting to the final moments of our big day, Maddie exceeded every expectation. I cannot thank her enough for the incredible work she did throughout my whole wedding planning process, nothing was ever too hard no matter how big or small. She handled every aspect with grace and professionalism, from sourcing vendors, creating timelines and dealing with a very indecisive bride and a groom that wasn’t too quick to lock anything in…(only trying on suits 1 month before wedding…great idea)

 From the get go Maddy was fun, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with, I was a stressed bride who had just moved her wedding from Adelaide to Brisbane and just happened to meet Maddie at the Brisbane Wedding expo, she took the stress out of the wedding planning and honestly my wedding could not have gone better, with the help of her offsider McKenzie the wedding turned out spectacular and everyone was they needed to be at the time required as well as everyone having a perfect timeline in the lead up so there was no stress, I was able to spend the time getting ready and having fun with my girls because of Maddie.  We booked Maddie for her Partial Planning and Day of Coordination. I went from being extremely stressed about the final stages of wedding planning, to excited! She was very personable, and great to work with. We had our wedding on a family property, and she thought of things I never would have even considered and was the best wedding professional we booked for our day, hands down.
